Jeffro is a space monkey in a military jumpsuit. He's a monkey with style. Originally introduced by falling on someone's face, Jeffro has helped WOLF in the compound.

Dr. Zero has remained virtually unknown to any country, organization, or government. As the head of the hostile group, responsible for the theft of WOLF's weapon shipment, and the man responsible for the attacks on WOLF, he has become WOLF's primary threat.
